SOLUTION / 02 — E-COMMERCE GROWTH
From product discovery to purchase, let’s find room to improve.
Starting with one product group, we review how customers find it, what they need to know and where buying becomes difficult. This guides our plan for your store and marketing.

Who is it for?
For businesses with a live store, current product information and working stock, payment and delivery processes. It suits teams that want to improve category structure, strengthen product pages or make better sense of marketing data. In the first conversation, we review the store platform and required technical access to clarify what can be implemented.
Scope of work
Priority product focus.
We review product demand, stock, pricing and available margin information. We define which category or product group to support first and which will remain outside the scope.
Category and product experience.
We review navigation, category descriptions and the product information that influences purchase decisions. We plan specific improvements to details such as options, dimensions, usage, delivery and returns.
Product discovery plan.
We research how customers can find the selected product group. We align the main channel for reaching customers, the relevant pages and any visuals or copy that need to be created.
Shopping journey measurement.
Using available data, we check product view, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events. We identify missing or duplicate records and scope corrections that the existing setup supports.
How do we proceed?
We assess the store.
We review the product structure, existing data and shopping journey to choose the first area of work. We include your stock and operational priorities in the plan.
We implement the priority changes.
We prepare the selected category, product and marketing work for launch. We check tracking records and the shopping steps affected.
We build on what we learn.
We assess the data in the context of the time period, campaigns and changes in stock and pricing. We use this to choose the next product group or experience improvement.
What do we measure?
Orders, sales revenue, conversions and customer acquisition cost are the core indicators. If your business can share them, we also consider margins, cancellations, returns and delivery costs. We treat revenue reported by the ad platform and store order data as separate sources. Return on ad spend alone does not show business profit; available data determines what we can assess.
Engagement model
The initial project includes the review, setup and first implementation work. For monthly work, we clearly define the number of products, campaigns, content production and technical development capacity. Advertising budgets, paid tools, photo or video shoots and major platform development are separate items. We clarify responsibility for stock and price updates from the outset.
Common questions
Will we work on all products at once?
We set the initial scope around a selected category or product group. Catalogue size, data and production needs determine the scale of the work.
Do we need to change the store platform?
We decide after the review. We identify what can be done within the current setup and prepare a separate scope if a different platform or custom integration is needed.
Is increasing the advertising budget enough?
Product information, price, stock and the shopping experience also affect buying decisions. We consider budget recommendations alongside the areas your store is ready to support.
