What do we track?
First, we assess whether the deliverables and user journeys work. After launch, we set improvement priorities when visitor behaviour and lead data are sufficient; a design change alone does not guarantee sales.
What does the proposal include?
A project with a defined page count, content responsibilities, custom development, revisions and timeline. Hosting, licences, maintenance and subsequent improvements are separate items in the proposal.

Which platforms do you work with?
We assess WordPress, ecommerce platforms and custom development against your needs. Content management, integrations, performance, budget and ongoing maintenance guide the choice.
Can I edit the content myself later?
We agree which content and management screens you need to maintain. We make those areas editable and explain how to use them at handover.
Are SEO and forms included in the design work?
Basic technical SEO and form checks are included in the launch scope. Ongoing SEO, content production and custom integrations are scoped separately.
How long does the project take?
It depends on the page count, content readiness, technical needs and revision scope. Once these are clear, we set the schedule and both parties’ responsibilities.
