Start your content plan with the decision your customer is trying to make, before deciding how many articles to publish. What do they want to learn, compare or solve? SEO helps present that information in a structure people and search engines can understand.

01 / STEP

Define the question and the page’s purpose

Our suggestion: list the questions that recur in sales conversations. Group each question under one main need. A guide can explain the topic; a service page can explain the scope and how you work.

For example, “Where do I start with a multilingual website?” could lead to a starter guide, while a request for implementation support could lead to your SEO service page. Give each page a distinct purpose rather than repeating the same explanation across many pages.

02 / STEP

Plan readable content and useful links

Write a title that reflects the page’s actual subject. Use short paragraphs, descriptive subheadings and clear URLs. Organizing your site by topic helps visitors find related information together.

Link guides to relevant services, and services to guides that support the decision. Use link text that describes the destination, such as “multilingual website guide” instead of “click here.”

03 / STEP

Keep improving content after publication

Google’s starter guide emphasizes useful, current content. Focus on topics you can explain from experience and make your sources visible. Review content for missing information and changes to your services.

Our suggestion: ask one question at every review: does this page help the visitor decide? Use it to prioritize missing answers, unclear wording and disconnected links.
